I just can’t stop listening to the Frightened Rabbit Daytrotter Sessions version of Backward Walk. ‘Tis stunning. I can’t wait to hear the band again next week when they’re supporting Death Cab. The gig is gonna be good!

Ok ok ok… I feel like a cheat to my own musical tastes for liking this song… but I do. It’s just quirky enough to not be just an actress trying to sing. I love the idea that the album is almost completely a Tom Waits covers album too.
